Shipping & Returns


Any discounts must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied to back orders. One discount code can be applied towards a single purchase only.


Orders are shipped Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.

For Original Artwork, Calliope Design Inc. does its best to keep shipping as low as possible. Shipping is calculated based on the artwork size and weight, your location, fragile packaging box size and materials to ensure safe delivery. Additionally, each artwork is insured for its full value at the time of shipping.

Ready-to-hang original art is shipped in the US only via USPS, UPS or an art freight company. All artworks are carefully boxed with fragile packaging and insured for its full value to ensure its safety upon arrival. Delivery time depends on zip code and delivery service used and their scheduling. Estimated time of delivery ranges between 3 to 15 days.

With All Other Products from our store, every order from Calliope Design is made to order, so please allow for creation time from point of sale. The estimated time for production can take 3 to 10 business days.

Currently, Calliope Design only ships in the United States. Domestic US orders ship via USPS or UPS and can take anywhere from 6 to 12 days to arrive. Your patience is very much appreciated as we aim to provide you with excellent customer service.

Calliope Design cannot be held responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen or misdirected shipments by the carrier.

Returned Packages

If your package gets returned because the address was not entered correctly, we will issue a refund minus the shipping costs. Please make sure to verify your address at checkout.

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages that have been shipped. If you believe your package was lost or stolen in transit, please contact your local post office or carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Original Artwork. Contact us within 5 days of delivery with a brief note. Please note original artwork inventory is limited to only one of each in stock. To be eligible for a refund, please read the guidelines below regarding the condition of returns.

All Other Items from our store are made to order. Currently, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any goods. All sales are final. We do understand that things shift around in the shipping process and can accommodate on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly if you have received a damaged, incorrect or missing item.

Condition of Returns
We will accept exchanges on a case-by-case basis with the following guidelines:
To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned and postmarked within 14 days from receipt of purchase. The buyer is responsible for carefully packaging returned items, return shipping costs and any loss in damages or value if items are compromised during the return delivery transit.

Returned items must arrive in their original state, new, unused, unmarked and undamaged condition with its original packaging to be eligible for a refund. This includes items that were received damaged during transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to correctly package fragile or bulky items to ensure they arrive safely back to us. If you have concerns about shipping fragile items, your can refer to the UPS guidelines for preparing a package here. Additionally, you can insure your package in the event of loss or damage.

Each returned item is inspected and we reserve the right to deny a refund or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. Items returned with missing or damaged packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund with the exception of the shipping cost will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 10 business days for processing.

Exchanges excluding Original Artwork

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and if possible, a photo of the damaged item within 5 days of receipt. This helps us to better assist you and resolve the situation with ease.

Damaged Items

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a defective item. If the item arrives to you damaged, please connect with us within 5 days and we will get it sorted out. If you can send a photo when you contact us that would be most helpful. These types of experiences help us improve our processes for the best of all involved.

Sale Items and Items Purchased with a Discount Code

Please note, all sale items and items purchased using a discount code of 10% or higher are final. Sale purchases are not available for refunds or exchanges. If any merchandise that was purchased as final sale or with a discount code of 10% or higher is returned, it will not be shipped back to the customer and you will not receive a refund. No exceptions will be made.
